Timelines vary by complexity. A landing page takes 1–2 weeks, a full web application 4–8 weeks, and AI/automation projects 6–12 weeks. I provide a detailed timeline during the discovery phase.
I work with both fixed-price and hourly models. For well-defined projects I offer fixed pricing with milestone payments; for evolving scopes or ongoing work, hourly billing gives more flexibility.
